Dovidov Terms of Service<\/strong><\/p>

1. Introduction<\/strong><\/p>

By accessing and using Dovidov’s services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.<\/p>

2. Account Creation and Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid email address, business address, and phone number. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.<\/p>

3. Account Ownership<\/strong><\/p>

The individual who creates the account will be the “Store Owner” for the purposes of these Terms. The Store Owner is responsible for managing the account, including staff accounts, and for ensuring that all activities comply with Dovidov’s policies.<\/p>

4. Staff Accounts<\/strong><\/p>

The Store Owner may create staff accounts with different levels of access to the account. Each staff member must have a valid email address. The Store Owner is responsible for all activities performed by staff users under their account.<\/p>

5. Payment Gateways<\/strong><\/p>

Upon registration, Dovidov will create accounts with default payment gateways like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. It is the responsibility of the Store Owner to manage and deactivate these services if desired.<\/p>

6. Responsibilities of the Store Owner<\/strong><\/p>

The Store Owner agrees to operate the business in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Dovidov\u2019s Terms. The Store Owner must ensure that all products, descriptions, and media on their store are lawful and comply with Dovidov’s content policies.<\/p>

7. Security<\/strong><\/p>

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account details secure. Dovidov will not be liable for any loss or damage due to failure to maintain account security.<\/p>

8. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/p>

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities or to circumvent any restrictions on functionality, such as bypassing technical limits or engaging in fraudulent transactions.<\/p>

9. Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/p>

Certain services integrated with Dovidov, such as payment gateways (PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.) and external APIs, are subject to their own terms and conditions. You agree to comply with these third-party terms when using their services.<\/p>
